I am a Software Engineer and Tester from the United States living in Minnesota.

Testing and automation were my gateway to the software industry. I grew up appreciating video games and technology. This led me to pursue a degree in computer science, which I then used to get a job as a QA automation engineer. Nowadays I spend my time working on personal software projects and professionally as a automation engineer.

Tester

Starting with manual testing application, learning strong scrum process, and testing practices I quickly jumped into the automation world. First writing UI tests using selenium and Appium. Then writing integration tests with APIs, and figuring out how to automate piece of the environment that are tougher to automate. I soon found myself appreciating the holistic view that I was able to have as a software test engineer and being able to give quick feedback to resolve issues.

Software Engineer

Ever scene I was a kid I enjoyed being creative and software development is the perfect outlet for that creativity. I delight in identifying problems that I am having in my life and figuring out how I can solve those problems with an app or script. My favorite part of my day is when I can get up and write a new feature for my personal project before I head off to work for the day.
